How to return your car if you really need to
We think you'll love your new car, but to give you additional peace of mind, we'll give you 7 days to make sure your car is right for you.
That's a whole week to check that the car meets your expectations and that you're happy with it. If, in the unlikely event, you aren't, you can simply contact us and we can arrange an exchange for another vehicle.
What you need to know
At bravoauto, we're very confident in the quality and standard in all our used cars, but our exchange it guarantee is there to support you if you need it.
Even if you have taken finance out with us, you can bring your car back, so long as it's within 7 days of it being delivered and you'll be able to exchange it. Loan break fees may apply.
All you need to do to activate the exchange is meet these conditions:
- You mustn't have driven the car more than 500 kilometres from when it was delivered
- You mustn't have made any alterations or modifications
- The car needs to be in the same tip-top condition as when it was delivered
- You must return all parts, accessories and handbooks supplied with the vehicle
- Return the car back to the Supplying Store
